Registered Manager – Adult & Children Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Manager to lead our team at Netteswell Rectory in Harlow. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care across adult and children services while ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a dedicated care team.
• Oversee daily care delivery and monitor CQC compliance.
• Develop and implement systems that promote person‑centred, high‑quality care.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and staff empowerment.
• Work with service users to create bespoke care plans that meet individual goals.

Required profile

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Strong leadership abilities and a passion for inclusive, person‑centred care.
