Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Bristol)

About the role

Lead a Good‑rated 3‑bed children’s home in Bristol, delivering high‑quality residential care for adolescents. You will shape the home’s culture, support staff development, and ensure children receive consistent, nurturing care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining safeguarding, compliance and care standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive Ofsted outcomes.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement care plans that promote children’s wellbeing and personal development.
• Collaborate with the Responsible Individual and Head of Care for strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Values‑led, resilient leader with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
• Proven experience managing a children’s home or similar residential setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team.
