Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Milton Keynes)

About the role

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the launch of a brand‑new children’s home in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for establishing the service, building a high‑performing team and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, registration and opening of the new home.
• Recruit, train and develop a dedicated team from the ground up.
• Create a positive, outcome‑focused culture for young people.
• Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
• Drive the home towards achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.

Required profile

• Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up.
• Proven track record in children’s residential care.
• Ability to build, lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality, child‑centred care.
• Motivated by growth, development and progression opportunities.
