Registered Manager - Children's Homes

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Bognor Regis. You will create a safe, stable and nurturing environment for young people while shaping the culture and standards of the home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, develop and support the staff team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
• Oversee care planning, risk management and the implementation of individual support plans.
• Collaborate closely with Ofsted, external professionals and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the home’s strategic development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in children’s residential care.
• Leadership or management experience within a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and Children’s Homes Regulations, including Ofsted processes.
• Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or willingness to work towards Level 5).
• Passionate, resilient and child‑focused leadership style.
