Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to lead our established domiciliary care service near Canterbury, Kent. You will own the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safe, person‑centred care while driving growth through new care packages and strong community relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the domiciliary care service, maintaining CQC compliance.
• Develop relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and private clients to increase care hours.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing care team, fostering a positive culture.
• Manage operational performance, staffing and budgets to achieve commercial success.
• Continuously improve quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Previous management experience, preferably within domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven experience growing a domiciliary care service or increasing care hours.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
