Registered Manager – Elderly Care (Harrow)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established nursing home in Harrow. The role involves overseeing the delivery of high‑quality residential care for elderly residents while fostering a supportive, values‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team of care staff.
• Monitor and improve quality of care, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing rotas and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and external partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in elderly or nursing care management.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of meeting CQC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.
