Registered Manager – Home Care

About the role

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead its home‑care service in Bridport. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, CQC‑compliant care to vulnerable clients while supporting a motivated team of care staff.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all services meet CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
• Develop and review personalised care plans, coordinating with clients, families, health professionals and social workers.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments and take corrective action where needed.
• Recruit, induct, train, supervise and, when necessary, manage disciplinary processes for staff.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet client care calls.
• Monitor and report on operational and quality‑assurance KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Management qualification at QCF Level 4 (or willingness to obtain it).
• QCF Level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience registering or managing a home‑care service is preferred.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the care sector, regulatory framework and vulnerable client groups.
