Registered Manager – Nursing Home, Camden

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a large, purpose‑built nursing home in Camden. The role involves overseeing all aspects of residential care for elderly residents, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of a 50+ bed nursing home.
• Develop and implement improvements to working practices and care delivery.
• Lead, motivate and manage multidisciplinary staff, fostering a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or similar role, preferably with a 50+ bed facility.
• Qualified nurse with an active PIN.
• Strong leadership, work ethic and a positive approach.
• NVQ Level 4 or 5 Registered Manager Award (beneficial but not essential).
• Demonstrated experience in elderly care.
