Registered Nurse - Bank

About the role

Join the award‑winning team at Camberley Woods Care Home as a Bank Registered Nurse. You will provide high‑quality care to residents, support the care team and step in for the Manager when required.

Key responsibilities

• Act as person in charge and stand in for the Manager as needed.
• Administer medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and manage chronic medical conditions.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to families and GPs.
• Supervise and deploy care staff to ensure all tasks are completed during the shift.
• Conduct accurate assessments and develop care plans.

Required profile

• First Level nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in elderly care.
• Relevant post‑basic studies or qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to instruct care activities.
