Registered Nurse – Bank

About the role

Join Avery Healthcare Group as a Bank Registered Nurse at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. You will work on rotating shifts, providing high‑quality, compassionate care to residents while supporting the care team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager when required.
• Administer medication, perform dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and manage chronic medical conditions.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to families and GPs.
• Supervise and deploy care‑team staff to ensure all duties are completed during the shift.
• Conduct accurate assessments and care planning for each resident.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered).
• Experience in residential or care‑home settings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team during shifts.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
