Registered Nurse – Care Home (Leicester)

About the role

HC-One is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its care home teams in Leicester. You will work in a nurse‑led environment, supporting residents who are at a vulnerable stage of life and helping them make important health decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a residential care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
• Collaborate with multi‑professional teams to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with NMC standards.
• Support residents and families with information and emotional guidance.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN number.
• Commitment to the professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for residents and their families.

Required skills

• Valid NMC registration.
