Registered Nurse – Community Home Care (Full/Part Time)

About the role
MedGen Healthcare is seeking caring Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to patients in their own homes across Chester and the wider North West England area. This role supports independence, dignity and wellbeing for community‑based patients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards.
- Monitor and record vital signs and general health observations.
- Administer medication as required.
- Perform general nursing tasks such as wound care and basic clinical procedures.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date care records.
Required profile
- Active NMC Pin (RGN) and minimum 6 months UK‑registered nursing experience.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic Life Support and Manual Handling training.
- Driving licence preferred but not essential.
