About the role

Our client, a newly acquired care home in Haywards Heath, is seeking permanent Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join a well‑established team. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care across a diverse and evolving caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health and wellbeing, managing complex and changing case loads.
• Deliver care that meets individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Handle and communicate sensitive or contentious information appropriately.
• Develop personal and team knowledge and skills.
• Promote best practice in health, safety and security.
• Support service maintenance and development.
• Contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Uphold equality, diversity and patient rights.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Apply clinical reasoning to varied patient cases.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Demonstrated competence across a range of nursing skills.
• Commitment to infection control and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset.
