Registered Nurse – Nights – Luxury Care Home

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a brand-new luxury care home in Chelmsford. The role is night-only, full-time, and involves delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a residential, dementia and respite setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
• Administer and manage medications safely and effectively.
• Assess, plan, implement and review individual care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to clinical needs and maintain accurate records.
• Lead and support care staff during night shifts.
• Liaise with GPs, multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (NMC registration) with the right to practice in the UK.
• Experience in residential, nursing, dementia or respite care settings.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and lead a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
