Registered Nurse – Permanent RGN Position

About the role

Our client has recently taken over a new home and is seeking permanent Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join a well‑established team in Ilford. This full‑time role offers the chance to work autonomously while delivering high‑quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health and wellbeing across a complex, changing caseload.
• Assist in delivering care that meets individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Handle complex, sensitive, or contentious information professionally.
• Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and equality, diversity, and rights initiatives.
• Apply clinical reasoning to a varied patient case mix with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
• Completion of mandatory training, including infection control and health‑and‑safety competencies.
• Demonstrated accountable practice and strong interpersonal communication.
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Empathy for vulnerable and sick patients and a commitment to dignity at work.
