Registered Nurse RGN – Bank – Care Home

About the role

This casual, part‑time bank position offers flexible working within a Barchester care home. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs.
• Make critical clinical decisions using professional judgement.
• Develop and maintain tailored care plans.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and uphold regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current NMC registration.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices.
• Experience producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated, compassionate and person‑centred approach to nursing.
