Registered Nurse RMN - Bank - Complex Care

About the role

This casual, part‑time Bank Registered Nurse position offers flexible working within a Barchester care home. You will join a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality nursing care for residents with complex and challenging behaviours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and supervise excellent nursing care to residents.
• Develop and maintain detailed care plans and risk assessments.
• Support residents with dementia and complex mental health needs.
• Collaborate with the multi‑disciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Cover staffing gaps for annual leave, sick leave, or other absences.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Strong knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices, especially dementia care.
• Experience creating comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLS, MCA, and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated, compassionate, and person‑centred approach.
