Registered Service Manager – Adult Care

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a vibrant adult care home in Surrey. You will oversee a team delivering person‑centred support to 26 adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and complex health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a large multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced, high‑quality care environment.
• Maintain CQC compliance, clinical governance and medication governance.
• Support complex health needs alongside qualified nurses.
• Embed person‑centred care and ensure meaningful outcomes for residents.
• Oversee audits, operational performance and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with families, local authorities and healthcare partners.

Required profile

• Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or senior manager in a clinical learning‑disabilities setting.
• Strong understanding of complex health needs and nursing‑led practice.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire, motivate and develop a large team.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and quality frameworks.
• Nursing qualification desirable but not essential; passion for excellent care is essential.
