Registered Service Manager – Supported Living Services

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a portfolio of supported living services across Oxford and Reading. You will be responsible for operational oversight, staff development and the mobilisation of a new service due to launch in mid‑2026.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for one regulated service in Oxford and four services in Reading.
• Lead the commissioning and launch of a new supported living service in Reading.
• Support, develop and mentor staff teams across all sites.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality frameworks.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, families and commissioners.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in supported living or health & social care.
• Ability to work dynamically across multiple sites, with a presence in Oxford three days per week.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
