Regular Giving Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Regular Giving Officer to join a purpose‑led charity with a passionate supporter community. You will manage a busy schedule of fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, online and social media, delivering engaging supporter experiences and driving income growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and deliver direct‑marketing fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support a high‑performing regular giving and legacy giving programme.
• Collaborate with fundraising colleagues on donor acquisition, retention and stewardship activities.
• Coordinate campaigns across regular giving, legacy giving and mid‑value fundraising streams.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to fundraising targets.
• Develop engaging supporter communications for various channels.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign delivery and supporter engagement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fundraising direct‑marketing role within a charity or higher education environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff, alumni and donors.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage supporter and campaign data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the capacity to manage multiple projects in an organised manner.
