Regulatory Affairs Officer – Hybrid (Bedford)

About the role

Our client, a world‑leading developer of advanced consumer diagnostic products, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join its Regulatory Affairs team at the Innovation Centre in Bedford. The position is full‑time, permanent and offers a hybrid working model, providing an excellent entry point for candidates looking to start a career in regulatory affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation to support product submissions and compliance initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks related to regulatory activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on regulatory matters.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to Quality System, GMP and ISO standards.
• Represent the company professionally in interactions with regulatory bodies and partners.

Required profile

• Highly literate and numerate with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Understanding of Quality System, GMP and ISO compliance requirements.
• Proficient IT literacy and comfortable using standard and bespoke software applications.
