About the role
Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Associate to join its leading Regulatory team in London. You will advise global technology and product businesses on compliance, launches and investigations across UK and international frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on UK and international product regulatory frameworks.
- Support product launches, compliance programmes and governance frameworks.
- Provide guidance on AI, connected devices, software, robotics and emerging technologies.
- Draft compliance policies, governance documents and internal procedures.
- Manage regulatory investigations, enforcement actions and product recalls.
- Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in regulatory law.
- Strong knowledge of technology and product regulation.
- Proven experience advising on compliance and governance frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication abilities.
- Commercial awareness and client‑management skills.
