Regulatory Reporting Analyst – UK Banking

About the role

Revolut’s Finance team is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to ensure compliance with UK regulatory reporting standards. You will support the preparation and management of submissions such as CoRep, FinRep, and statistical reporting to the PRA and Bank of England.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of external regulatory reports and internal management information, including Bank of England statistical reporting, FinRep, CoRep, and PRA110.
• Establish and maintain robust control and governance frameworks for regulatory submissions.
• Meet regulatory deadlines while guaranteeing data accuracy and completeness.
• Review and challenge data inputs and outputs to ensure consistent preparation and disclosure.
• Explain complex regulatory concepts, capital calculations, and metrics to Finance, Risk, and Executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate and interpret new or changing regulatory reporting rules.
• Analyse the impact of new product implementations on regulatory reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting within a UK‑regulated bank.
• Strong knowledge of Basel III, CRD IV, and CRR rules, including CoRep and FinRep requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and organisational skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Track record of identifying, driving, and implementing operational change.
