About the role

Southam Selections is partnering with a leading credit‑hire company in Chorley to find a Relationship Business Manager – Motor. This hybrid position combines remote work with two days per month in the office and offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per year plus benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business partners, meeting agreed sales targets.
• Develop and present new sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers across all management levels.
• Work with marketing to create sales materials and presentations.
• Onboard new partners, coordinating with operational departments to ensure smooth implementation.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the brand and stay informed on market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor pipeline progress, and produce regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
