About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Relationship Executive to join a leading independent provider of commercial finance solutions. Based in the Berkshire regional office, you will manage a portfolio of SME Invoice Finance clients, ensuring low loss and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor client facilities to ensure they operate within agreed terms.
  • Verify debts before advancing funds and retain supporting documentation.
  • Conduct ongoing debt verification and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations.
  • Escalate overdue debts to the legal team within agreed timeframes.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

  • Previous experience working within Invoice Finance.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a high volume of work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, driven and eager to contribute to a fast‑growing organisation.
