Relationship Manager – ICBs (London, Kent, Medway)

About the role

Kooth PLC is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of around ten Integrated Care Board (ICB) contracts across London, Kent and Medway. You will retain and grow existing business while identifying new opportunities, ensuring that Kooth’s digital mental health services align with local priorities for children, young people and adults.

Key responsibilities

• Own retention and renewal of a portfolio of circa 10 ICB contracts.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop a deep understanding of each ICB’s strategic mental‑health goals and track Kooth’s performance against them.
• Work consultatively with commissioners and stakeholders, asking open questions and highlighting gaps in local service provision.
• Stay informed about the wider health and care landscape, including schools, NHS services and local authorities.
• Apply commercial rigour to all conversations, understanding contract values and renewal timelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success or similar client‑facing role.
• Good working knowledge of the NHS; healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Proficiency with Excel.
