About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Extra Care Support Worker to join its team in Leeds. You will work within a 40‑bed service, providing high‑quality care and support to older adults who need extra assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking and laundry.
• Help individuals access work, education and social opportunities.
• Promote mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Work flexibly on a roster that includes evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Warm, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Motivated, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in a care setting.
• Willingness to work flexibly on a roster basis.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom and based in the UK.
