Relief Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Cambridge)

About the role

Superdrug is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to support several of its community pharmacies across Cambridge and surrounding towns. This full‑time position offers a varied schedule, including alternate Saturdays, and provides an opportunity to deliver high‑quality patient care while gaining commercial experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmacy services and advice to patients in multiple store locations.
• Maintain stock control, ensuring medicines are available and stored correctly.
• Uphold operational standards and GPhC compliance across all covered pharmacies.
• Support the Regional Healthcare Manager in achieving service and sales targets.
• Assist with the delivery of health‑clinic services and promotional activities.

Required profile

• GPhC‑registered pharmacist, suitable for newly qualified candidates.
• Experience in a community pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and profit‑maximising strategies.
• Full UK driving licence to travel between stores.
