Relief Porter / Concierge – Central & West London

About the role

We are looking for a flexible, professional Relief Porter/Concierge to support a portfolio of prestigious residential buildings across Central and West London. The role combines customer‑facing duties with operational tasks, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will work a mix of day and night shifts, adapting to the needs of each development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering courteous service.
• Log enquiries, relay messages, and coordinate with property teams.
• Monitor contractors on site, enforcing security and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Report building issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Inspect vacant apartments, record maintenance needs, and oversee communal area cleanliness.
• Perform administrative tasks such as meter readings, contractor logs, and maintenance records.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties to support efficient building operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a residential, hospitality, or facilities role.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new sites.
• Professional, approachable, and service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

• Permanent contract with a salary of £31,400‑£32,400 per year.
