Relief School Caretaker

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Relief School Caretaker to support the smooth operation of a school in Feltham. The role involves opening and closing the premises, maintaining security, and ensuring the environment is clean and well‑maintained during split‑shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Open the school in the early morning (06:00‑09:30) and close it in the afternoon (15:00‑18:00).
- Maintain security of the school grounds and buildings throughout the shift.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties, including cleaning oversight and recycling management.
- Supervise cleaners to ensure standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good condition.
Required profile
- Ability to work the specified split‑shift pattern.
- Experience in opening and closing school facilities.
- Experience supervising cleaning staff.
- Familiarity with basic maintenance and recycling procedures.
