Relief Support Worker – Flexible Supported Living Role

About the role

We are looking for motivated Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Fazakerley. You will provide person‑centred care to adults on the autism spectrum, many of whom also have learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care and domestic duties.
• Facilitate participation in community activities and a wide range of therapeutic or leisure programmes.
• Manage challenging behaviour using a positive behaviour support framework.
• Work flexibly across shifts, booking in advance or taking ad‑hoc assignments.
• Collaborate with local managers and team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar support role.
• Ability to communicate positively and demonstrate unconditional regard for service users.
• Willingness to engage in personal care, domestic tasks and community outings.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
