Relief Support Worker – Supported Living

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our vibrant supported‑living service in Newton Aycliffe. You will provide high‑intensity personal care and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health challenges and autism.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver practical, emotional and behavioural support to service users.
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, housework and other daily life‑skills activities.
- Engage service users in a variety of activities at home and in the community.
- Develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with each individual.
- Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum twelve months experience in a care setting.
- Clean, valid driving licence.
- Warm, caring, proactive attitude.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
