Relief Worker – Flexible Part‑Time Role

About the role
The Relief Worker role supports Riverside Group’s housing and community services on an as‑needed basis. Working at the Jamaica Street Project in Bristol, you will deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused care to improve the wellbeing of residents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high‑quality, customer‑oriented service to residents.
- Assist the scheme manager and support team in delivering care and support.
- Promote and maintain the dignity, health and wellbeing of individuals in a safe environment.
- Cover shifts flexibly, often at short notice, to meet business requirements.
Required profile
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassion, patience and empathy.
- Strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Positive attitude, approachable and able to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice.
