Religious Education Teacher – Part‑time, 3 days/week

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join a secondary PRU in Greenwich from September. The role is part‑time, three days a week, and offers a supportive, community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and challenging RE lessons.
• Maintain high expectations and effective behaviour management.
• Use the school’s reward system to motivate and celebrate student success.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to a positive learning atmosphere and support student wellbeing.

Required profile

• Qualified to teach Religious Education at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education.
