Relocation Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Relocation Coordinator to join the Move Manager Team of an iconic British brand. The role is the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through every stage of their move and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to post‑move satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information on products and services, addressing needs and concerns.
• Upsell optional products and services to maximise revenue.
• Maintain high customer service standards while meeting KPI targets.
• Problem‑solve to achieve positive outcomes and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Record clear, accurate information and convert enquiries into quotations.
• Promote the brand by encouraging reviews and referrals.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric attitude with strong empathy and listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
