Remortgage Case Handler – St Leonards

About the role

We are expanding our St Leonards office and are looking for a motivated Remortgage Case Handler to join our high‑performing team. You will manage a personal caseload of remortgage applications, ensuring a smooth, fast and stress‑free experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day legal paperwork on behalf of lenders and progress cases using the case management system.
• Handle incoming correspondence and client calls, providing professional, customer‑focused service.
• Drive cases forward to meet deadlines, adhering to service standards and lender SLAs.
• Ensure property charges are cleared and cases are completed accurately.
• Arrange title insurance where required and process monthly remortgage transactions.
• Participate in team meetings, support colleagues and engage in ongoing development.
