Remote Account Manager – Healthcare & Specialist Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Healthcare and Specialist Logistics division on a fully remote basis. You will manage existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities within our specialist packaging procurement solution.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and internal teams to understand packaging and operational requirements.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, create proposals and secure new business.
• Build strong relationships across operational teams, general managers, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities through proactive engagement.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering proactive support and solutions.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently and handling varied requirements.
• Highly organised with logical, independent task management.
• Solution‑focused with a creative, “think outside the box” mindset.
