Remote Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic remote fundraisers to join a growing charity call‑centre. The role involves contacting prospects by phone, securing donations and sign‑ups, and contributing to the organisation’s fundraising goals while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors following a provided script and achieve weekly sign‑up targets.
• Record donor information accurately in the charity’s database during each call.
• Participate in mandatory Zoom training sessions and adhere to the 60‑hour service completion rule before receiving training pay.
• Work scheduled shifts of 8 hours per day (7 paid) between 12:00‑20:00, Monday‑Friday, with optional Saturday shift.

Required profile

• Recent experience in charity fundraising or call‑centre sales.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume phone calls and meet targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
• Own a modern computer, USB or wireless headset with microphone, and broadband (≥8 Mbps upload, ≥25 Mbps download).

What we offer

• Base hourly rate of £13.55 for experienced fundraisers or £12.71 for newcomers.
• Commission of £1.50 per hour for meeting the weekly target of 15 sign‑ups and £17.50 for each additional sign‑up.
