Remote Conveyancer

About the role

A modern national law firm is seeking three qualified residential conveyancing lawyers to join remotely on a full‑time basis, starting in summer or autumn 2026. You will manage a caseload of 80‑100 files with the support of a dedicated paralegal, handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation for freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Handle transfers of equity and remortgage matters.
• Maintain and progress your own caseload of 80‑100 files.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and firm procedures.

Required profile

• UK qualified residential conveyancing professional – Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Full‑time availability.
