Remote Conveyancer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join our fully remote team. You will manage a high‑volume caseload while receiving dedicated support from specialised enquiry, onboarding and completion teams, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 80 residential conveyancing files simultaneously.
• Progress files efficiently from instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers and other solicitors as required.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated support teams to ensure smooth file progression.
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout each transaction.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven experience handling a busy residential conveyancing caseload.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach to casework.
