Remote Conveyancer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing specialist residential conveyancing firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer to work remotely on a flexible, full‑time basis. You will step in to manage files during periods of staff absence, ensuring seamless service and maintaining our high standards of client care.

Key responsibilities

• Take over residential conveyancing files at various stages during staff leave.
• Progress freehold sales and purchase transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Review files at different stages to ensure smooth transitions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong experience in freehold sales and purchases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, client‑focused communication.
• Comfortable working remotely and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
