Remote Mortgage Advisor – Self‑Employed, Full Commission

About the role

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Advisors to join a leading brokerage network on a self‑employed basis. The role is 100% remote, allowing you to manage your own diary while receiving warm leads and full back‑office support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mortgage solutions for a diverse client base across England and Wales.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to completion, leveraging company‑provided leads.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while operating independently.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a busy mortgage broker office.
• Current activity in the mortgage market (no gaps over a year).
• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification.
• Proven ability to handle a range of mortgage types, not just first‑time buyer cases.

Required skills

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
