Remote Mortgage Advisor – Self‑Employed with Full Fees

About the role

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Advisors to join a leading brokerage network on a self‑employed basis. The role is 100% remote, allowing you to manage your own diary while receiving warm leads and full back‑office support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mortgage solutions for a variety of client profiles, beyond simple first‑time buyer cases.
• Manage the full mortgage process from application to completion, leveraging company‑provided leads.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while operating independently.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience working in a busy mortgage broker office.
• Active status in the mortgage industry (no gaps over a year).
• Proven ability to handle 15‑20+ cases per month is desirable.

Required skills

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification.
