Remote Paraplanner (Financial Planning)

About the role

We are partnering with a boutique, fully independent financial planning firm to hire an experienced Paraplanner on a fully remote basis. You will work one‑to‑one with a dedicated Adviser, supporting high‑net‑worth clients through complex financial planning cases and delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection and broader planning areas.
• Conduct detailed technical research and analysis to support client recommendations.
• Assist the Adviser from initial research through to final recommendation for complex cases.
• Prepare client documentation, technical analysis and liaise with providers or third parties as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance standards.

Required profile

• Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (minimum requirement).
• Ideally progressing towards Chartered status, with at least one Chartered exam (desirable).
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment.
• Strong technical knowledge, high attention to detail and excellent report‑writing ability.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
