Remote Paraplanner for Boutique Financial Planning Firm

About the role

We are partnering with a highly successful boutique financial planning practice to hire an experienced Paraplanner on a fully remote basis. You will work closely with a dedicated Adviser, supporting high‑net‑worth clients through complex financial planning cases and delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection and broader planning areas.
• Conduct technical research and analysis to support client recommendations.
• Assist the Adviser from initial research through to final recommendation for complex cases.
• Prepare client documentation, technical analysis and liaise with providers and third parties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (minimum requirement).
• Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent report‑writing ability with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
