About the role
Neon Gorilla is seeking a remote, part-time Appointment Setter to help turn AI‑identified prospects into scheduled discovery calls. This entry-level, commission-only position is based in the Manchester area but can be performed from anywhere in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send messages to qualified leads identified by AI tools.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
- Maintain an accurate calendar of appointments and ensure discovery calls are booked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified prospects.
Required profile
- Motivated individual looking to start a remote sales career.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with a performance-driven mindset.
- Based in the UK and able to work part-time hours.
