We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead a specialist Engineering recruitment team focused on the Renewable Energy sector. Based in London with hybrid working, you will combine your own profitable 360 desk with coaching and business development responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing Engineering recruitment team.
• Maintain and grow your own 360 Renewable Energy recruitment desk.
• Expand existing strategic client accounts and win new business across clean energy markets.
• Shape the future direction of the division in partnership with senior leadership.
• Drive team performance, profitability and long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Renewable Energy, Engineering or Clean Energy recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or lead recruiters.
• Strong background in contract or permanent recruitment.
• Track record of business development and client relationship management.
