Renewables Electrician – Progression to Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Renewables Electrician to join a fast‑growing company specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of solar PV, battery storage and electric‑vehicle charging systems across domestic and commercial sites in South Wales and the South West. The role offers a clear progression route towards a supervisory and eventually management position.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and service solar PV, battery storage and EV charging installations on residential and commercial projects.
• Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis on renewable energy systems.
• Travel to sites across South Wales and parts of the South West, using a company van.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and development programmes.

Required profile

• Fully qualified electrician holding an NVQ Level 3 (18th edition).
• Valid driving licence.
• Proven experience with solar, battery storage or EV charging installations.
• Strong communication skills and pride in workmanship.
