Renewals & Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused sales position within a friendly, target‑driven inbound sales environment. You will handle renewals and service queries for motor insurance policies, working closely with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Review an allocated renewal invite list and invite policies compliantly.
• Check policy data for accuracy and keep client records up to date.
• Conduct a fair market analysis to support renewal decisions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, renewing motor policies and auto‑renewing where appropriate.
• Sell added‑value products in line with compliance requirements.
• Respond to customer renewal queries and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Excellent IT and data‑entry abilities with strong numeracy and literacy.
• Clear communication skills and great attention to detail.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience; insurance background is a plus.
• Confident, pleasant phone manner and ability to work to targets/KPI.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver and effective team player.

• Salary of £13,289.41 per year plus up to £2,000 performance‑related bonus.
