Renewals Sales Adviser

About the role

Usay Compare is seeking a Renewals Sales Adviser to manage existing client portfolios and ensure their medical insurance coverage is reviewed and renewed each year. The role combines consultative selling with strong relationship management, helping clients secure the right cover at the best price while supporting the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets in line with business expectations.
• Provide compliant, client‑specific advice in accordance with FCA regulations.
• Maintain, develop and service existing and new client relationships.
• Accurately record all client, insurer and business communications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries.
• Handle inbound calls and enquiries where appropriate.

Required profile

• Experience within an FCA‑regulated environment (preferred).
• Proven background in a target‑driven sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong questioning, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and standards.
